TSU to Mark the Day of Persons with Disabilities in Georgia
The Center for Research on the Issues of Persons with Disabilities at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) will organize an event marking the Day of Persons with Disabilities in Georgia. The Day of Persons with Disabilities is marked in Georgia on
June 14.
TSU Rector, Academician Vladimer Papava will award special diplomas to the students winning the essay competition. The essay competition on a topic “Access to Education for Persons with Disabilities in Georgia – Major Challenges and Their Solutions” was held in frames of the project funded by the International Visegrad Fund. A thematic social clip presentation will also be held in frames of the same project. The guests will be able to view and purchase various items created by persons with disabilities.
