academic conference "Women’s Rights in Legal Discourse"

International Law Institute of Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in cooperation with the Promoting Rule of Law in Georgia (PROLoG) project is pleased to invite you to an academic conference Women’s Rights in Legal Discourse. The conference aims to encourage academic debate in Georgia on topics related to international standards and the practice related to rights of women.

The key areas of the conference include:

•    Political rights and participation;
•    Education and the factors encouraging professional success;
•    Violent crimes and woman;
•    International crimes in the light of women’s rights;
•    UN and Council of Europe standards of women’s rights protection;
•    Data protection and women’s rights.
