Presentation of Scientific Research Center for Georgian-Ossetian Relations at TSU
A presentation of the
TSU Scientific Research Center for Georgian-Ossetian Relations will be held at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) at
1pm on July 20. Rector of the Tbilisi State University, Academician Vladimer Papava, Deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality, Ketevan Tsikhelashvili, Head of South Ossetian administration Dimitri Sanakoev, professors, scholars, students and representatives of governmental, non-governmental and international organizations will attend the presentation.
The Scientific Research Center for Georgian-Ossetian Relations was established in 2015 in frames of the memorandum signed between the Georgian President’s Office and the Tbilisi State University. The center aims at studying the Georgian-Ossetian relations through using the university’s scientific and educational potential; providing active involvement of students in research activities with the purpose of developing their research skills; attracting the attention of the country’s research community towards these issues.
