Presentation of Collection of Articles
On December 18, at 12 noon, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) will host a presentation of English-language joint collection of articles Reconsidering Gender Based-Violence and Other Forms of Violence Against Women” Comparative Research/Analysis in the light of the Istanbul Convention. The collection has been prepared through the collaboration between the TSU Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli.
The collection of articles is dedicated to the issues of violence against women and domestic violence (Istanbul Convention). Italian professors and the Ambassador of Italy to Georgia, as well as representatives of various governmental and non-governmental organizations will attend the event.
The collection has been co-authored and co-edited by Assistant Professor, Doctor of Law Irine Kherkheulidze.
