•    Certificate in a title form (contact hours of the subjects covered, number of credits and final grade (of the diploma) with a reference to GPA);
•    Different certificates verified by Apostille;
•    Annotations of the education course passed by the student.
A graduate needs to apply to the Chancellery (Registry Office) to obtain the above-mentioned certificates. If a graduate is abroad, graduate’s trustee (who must present notarized power of attorney) submits an application to TSU to obtain the necessary certificates.

After completing one of the educational stages, a graduate is granted the relevant academic degree/qualification and diploma:
•    Bachelor’s academic degree – for accumulating 240 credits;
•    Master’s academic degree - for accumulating 120 credits;
•    Doctorate academic degree - for accumulating 120 credits;
•    Postgraduate degree in Medicine/Dentistry - for accumulating 300/360 credits;
•    Certified specialist (vocational education) - for accumulating 120 credits

Academic certificate is issued to those persons, who:
•    Failed to complete the educational program even within the timeframes determined by additional semesters;
•    Were expelled before the completion of the education program for various reasons.
Such persons need to submit an application to the Learning Process Management Department to receive an academic certificate.

A certificate is issued in case of:
•    Completing the secondary program of arts studies and humanitarian professions
•    Completing the educational course providing the university training for the teachers of secondary schools;
•    Completing the course at the Language Center of the Faculty of Humanities;
•    Completing the qualification raising and retraining course;
•    Completing the course of continuing education.

In what instances is a duplicate of the diploma and the diploma supplement made?
Duplicate is made in case of losing or damaging the original diploma and diploma supplement.

a) When losing the diploma, a student needs to submit to the Chancellery (Registry Office) the following:
•    Application addressed to the Rector on losing diploma and requesting the duplicate;
•    Notification (on losing the diploma) from the police.
b) When losing the diploma supplement, a student needs to submit to the Chancellery (Registry Office) an application addressed to the Rector on losing diploma supplement and requesting the duplicate.
c) When damaging the diploma and diploma supplement, a student needs to submit to the Chancellery the following:
•    Application addressed to the Rector requesting the duplicate of the diploma and diploma supplement;
•    Original diploma and diploma supplement.

In what instances is it possible to replace a diploma and diploma supplement?

A diploma and diploma supplement can be replaced in case of:  
•    changing the first name, surname and patronymic;
•    changing the surname as a result of marriage or divorce;
•    The presence of a technical fault.
