Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze, Minister
of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, Mikheil Batiashvili and Rector
of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Giorgi Sharvashidze
met with the representatives of Forschungszentrum Jülich (Jülich
Research Center) on August 21.
The sides spoke about the engagement of Jülich professors in the
process of education reform and opportunities of sharing experience with
Georgian counterparts. Neuroscience and Medicine Lab will be
established in the near future within the scope of cooperation between
the Jülich Research Center and Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State
University. Also within the referred collaboration, Georgian students
will be able to visit Jülich Research Center and get exposed to
fundamental sciences.
