The Institute for Georgia’s Neighborhood Studies at TSU organizes II international scientific conference "Politics around Caucasus" on October 21, 2016.
The purpose of the conference is to study the most pressing issues of domestic and foreign policy, history, economics, religion, culture and art, language and literature of the South Caucasus countries and neighboring political actors.
Conference papers and the report should contain a novelty.
Participation in the conference is possible for all researchers interested in the study of issues of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia, Iran and Turkey.
Paper and article submission standards:
Font: Sylfaen (Georgian) and Times New Roman (English), size 12, space 1.5.
The paper and the report must be formatted in APA style.
Important dates:
• Paper submission deadline: July 25, 2016;
• Confirmation of participation: August 15, 2016;
• Report submission deadline: September 26, 2016;
• Conference Day: October 21, 2016;
• Culture Tour in Old Tbilisi: October 22, 2016
Papers should be submitted in Georgian or English and they should not exceed 300 words.
Reports should also be submitted in Georgian or English and they should not exceed 6000 words.
If you need additional technical equipment, i.e. projector, etc. please let us know.
Working languages: Georgian and English.
The conference program/papers and reports will be published as an electronic book and placed on the website of Tbilisi State University.
