Axel Fischer, a member of the German Bundestag and head of the Bundestag delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, visited Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) on February 21.
Axel Fischer held talks with Rector of TSU, Giorgi Sharvashidze; Deputy Rector of TSU, Mikheil Chkhenkeli; Dean of the TSU Faculty of Law, Irakli Burduli and Georgian Ambassador to Germany, Lado Chanturia.
The sides discussed the issues of future cooperation between TSU and German universities.
