Information for Public Health master and PhD students!
We would like to inform you that during May 4-5 (both days, from 10.00 till 16.00) Professor at UiT - The Arcric University of Norway / Univeristy of Tromso Åge Wifstad will lead the lectures in Ethics in Public Health field. The lectures will be appropriate for Public Health master and PhD students.
The topics of the lectures will be:
1.A brief introduction to key issues in Health care ethics,
2.The basics of Public health ethics.
3.Major ethical theories
4.Selected topics in political philosophy relevant for public health
5.Research ethics
The location is TSU, School of Tourism, auditorium 110 (Vazha-Pshavela Ave. 44).
Students will get certificate of attendence only if they attend the lectures during both full days.
