The mission of the University of Georgia is to educate professionals who will be equipped with modern practical, theoretical and methodological knowledge and will contribute to the transformation of the outdated, unlawful and non-democratic society into a modern democratic, developed community with a high level of civil consciousness, a rule of law and ethical standards.

Since 2005 the first School of Public Health has started functioning at the University of Georgia. The honored representatives of the Healthcare of Georgia, the universities of USA Scranton and Central Florida, Troms, American international health alliance played immense role in its formation. Currently, the School has developed infrastructure and educational programs.

The opportunities of the School of Public Health are:

1. Master degree programs in Public Health Management, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Policy, Healthcare Law, Hospital and insurance systems.
2. From 2010 admission will start for the Bachelor’s degree program in “Healthcare Administration”, which was created with the support from the universities of Central Florida and Scranton;
3. Certification modules for raising qualification: Healthcare administration and insurance, hospital management, Healthcare insurance systems management, Healthcare service quality management, Communications in healthcare, Contracting in the healthcare systems, Human Resources management in healthcare, Marketing of the Healthcare services and etc.
4. Consultation center for the consultations in Healthcare administration;

6. A library with electronic and printed materials
