”სოციალური პოლიტიკა და სოციალური მუშაობა გარდამავალ პერიოდში” - ახალი, კოლეგათა შეფასებაზე დაფუძნებული (peer-reviewed) ჟურნალი

2008 წლიდან თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტი, ევროკომისიის ტემპუს/ტასისის პროგრამის ფარგლებში, ახორციელებს პროექტს ”სოციალური მუშაობის განათლების სამ ციკლიანი სისტემის განვითარება ექვს ევროპულ ქვეყანაში” ( Advancing the three cycle system in social work education in six European Countries - ACES). პროექტის მიზანია ხელი შეუწყოს სოციალური მუშაობის განათლების განვითარებას სამივე - ბაკალავრიატის, მაგისტრატურისა დ დოქტორანტურის - საფეხურზე. ეს შესაბამისობაშია ბოლონიის სტანდარტებთან უმაღლესი განათლების სამ ციკლიანი სისტემის შესახებ.

კონსორციუმი, რომელიც ახორციელებს ახორციელებს აღნიშნულ პროექტს, შედგება შემდეგი უნივერსიტეტებისაგან:
2009 წელს ACES პროექტის ფარგლებში დაარსდა ინგლისურენოვანი, კოლეგათა შეფასებაზე დაფუძნებული ჟურნალი ”სოციალური პოლიტიკა და სოციალური მუშაობა გარდამავალ პერიოდში” (’Social Policy and Social Work in Transition’), რომელიც ფოკუსირებულია სოციალური პოლიტიკისა და სოციალური მუშაობის პრობლემებზე გარდამავალ საზოგადოებებში. ჟურნალი ფარავს ისეთ საკითხებს, როგორიცაა კვლევა, სოციალური მომსახურებების პრაქტიკა, სოციალური მუშაობისა და პოლიტიკის აკადემიური განვითარება, რეფლექსიები გარდამავალ პერიოდზე და სხვ.

კონსორციუმის მონაწილე ყველა უნივერსიტეტის წარმომადგენელი ჟურნალის თანარედაქტორია ან ჩართულია სარედაქციო საბჭოში. სარედაქციო საბჭოს წარმოადგენენ, აგრეთვე, სხვა უნივერსიტეტების პროფესორებიც, რაც ფართო ექსპერტიზის შესაძლებლობებს იძლევა.

ჟურნალის თანარედაქტორები არიან:
 ჟურნალი იბეჭდება საქართველოში და ხელმისაწვდომია ექვსივე პარტნიორ ქვეყანაში. წელიწადში გამოდის ორი ნომერი, რომელთა თემატიკა წინასწარ არის განსაზღვრული.
სტატიები მიიღება არა მხოლოდ პარტნიორი უნივერსიტეტებიდან, არამედ ფართო აუდიტორიის (მკვლევრები, პრაქტიკოსები, დოქტორანტები და ა.შ.) ავტორობით.

New peer-reviewed journal ‘Social Policy and Social Work in Transition’

Since 2008 Tbilisi State University has been involved in ACES (Advancing the three cycle system in social work education in six European Countries) project funded by the EU TEMPUS programme which is designed to support the development of social work education on three – BA, MA and PhD - levels. This will complete what is known, according to Bologna standards, as the 'Three Cycle System' of higher education.

The consortium which is in charge of implementing ACES project comprises of:

In 2009, the EU-Tempus ‘ACES’ project has launched the English-language peer-reviewed journal ’Social Policy and Social Work in Transition’ with a particular focus on social work and social policy problems in transitional societies. Journal covers such issues as research, best practices in services provision and other applied issues, academic development of social work and social policy, reflections of the transition process and other broad reflections of social phenomena etc.


All the consortium partners involved either are co-editors or are represented on the Editorial Board with the addition of colleagues from outside to ensure a breadth of expertise.

The journal is published in Georgia and is available in all the six partner countries. There are two issues a year, with a view to developing theme-based issues.

Articles are welcome from all those who are working in project institutions, as well as by broader audience (professors, researchers, PhD students etc).

So far two issues have been published (PDF versions of these issues are attached: PDF1, PDF2 ).
