Workshop hosted by Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra in Portugal on the best practices of EU spin-offs
The workshop
EU spin-off Best Practices was held in Coimbra (Portugal) on 5-7
July, 2017 in the framework of the Erasmus+ CBHE project
University-Enterprise Cooperation via Spin-Off Companies Network. Workshop participants from higher education
institutions in Georgia, Russia and China were provided training sessions on
such topics as intellectual property, venture capital and analysis of
Portuguese spin-off activities, policies and regulations of spin-offs and
visited. The workshop also included visits to the spin-offs, such as the
Instituto Pedro Nunes a general business incubator center, a biotechnology
business incubator center BIOCANT
in Cantanhede and IPC research facilities. The workshop was hosted by the
project partner Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra.
