International Summer School ‘Intercultural Management Competence’
On September 11-16, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University will host an international summer school Intercultural Management Competence. The event will be organized by the TSU Faculty of Economics and Business and Koblenz University of Applied Sciences (Germany).
On September 11, at 9am, the summer school will be opened by Deputy Rector of TSU, Mikheil Chkhenkeli; Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Prof. Teimuraz Beridze and Head of the Management Department, Prof. Davit Narmania.
Georgian, German and Azerbaijani students will participate in the summer school. Lectures will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Magdalena Stülb and Prof. Gabrielle Wolf, both from Koblenz University, as well as Prof. Matthias Theodor Vogt from Görlitz University. Lectures will be followed by discussions on the functioning of multicultural enterprises and intercultural communications. The school participants will have an opportunity to visit various enterprises located in Tbilisi. Certificates will be awarded to the school participants.
