Ani at the Crossroads - International Conference
An international conference Ani at the Crossroads will be opened at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University
on November 17, at 10am. Rector of TSU, Giorgi Sharvashidze; Head of the National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation of Georgia, Nikoloz Antidze, Georgian experts, researchers from Europe, the United States, Armenia and Turkey will attend the conference.
Two exhibitions will be held on the sideline of the conference: photos by Vedat Akçayöz depicting the Monuments of Ani will be exhibited at the TSU Museum. Moreover, a photo exhibition Ani in Old Photography (collections of the Georgian National Museum) will be opened at the Georgian National Museum.
The conference will end on November 19.
