The Mariam Lortkipanidze Readings
On September 28, at 11am, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) will host the Academician Mariam Lortkipanidze Kartvelological Scientific Readings.
TSU Professors, MA and PhD students, researchers and employees of research institutions will participate in the readings.
The purpose of the readings is to promote the development of Kartvelological research and popularize scientific news obtained through research.
Upon the order of the TSU Rector, in 2018, auditorium No. 321 located in the 1st Building of TSU will be named after Academician Mariam Lortkipanidze. Noteworthy that the readings dedicated to the famous historian’s memory are being held for the first time this year and will traditionally continue annually.
