Public Lecture “Friedrich Nietzsche – Overman”
On May 7, at 4pm, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University will host a meeting with Tornike Koroglishvili, philosopher and lecturer at Free University, on a topic “Friedrich Nietzsche – Overman”.
“I love him who lives to know, and who wants to know so that the overman may live some day.”
The idea of overman was voiced by German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche in his philosophical novel “Thus Spoke Zarathustra.” Zarathustra was an ancient Iranian prophet and spiritual leader, who lived in 6th-5th centuries BC.
