Public Lecture by Chairman of Georgian Association of Arbitrators Lasha Nodia
Lasha Nodia, the chairman of the
Georgian Association of Arbitrators, will deliver a lecture at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University at 5pm on
December 20. The topics of the lecture will be: Arbitration Clause, Appointment of Arbitrators and Features of Arbitration Proceedings.
The public lecture will be organized by the TSU National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution in collaboration with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), South Texas College of Law (STCL), East West Management Institute (EWMI) and the Judicial Independence and Legal Empowerment Project (JILEP).
