TSU, Training Center of Justice Sign Memorandum of Cooperation
Rector of the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU), Academician Vladimer Papava and Head of the Training Center of Justice of Georgia, Ekaterine Mrulishvili signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between TSU and the Training Center.
TSU Rector Vladimer Papava said that “TSU, as an educational-scientific center, is oriented to train such specialists, who will be successful in public sector too. Traditionally, TSU has a good and intensive relationship with the Ministry of Justice. The Memorandum signed with the Training Center of Justice will open up new opportunities for our students and help them be better oriented, develop additional skills that will ultimately help them in their activities in public sector.”
“Relationship with students is one of the key priorities of the Training Center of Justice. Our center assumes the responsibility to support students in their professional development. TSU and the Training Center will jointly contribute to education of future generation. The provisions of the Memorandum will not remain on paper but they will be implemented comprehensively,” Head of the Training Center of Justice of Georgia, Ekaterine Mrulishvili said.
According to the Memorandum, the parties undertake to implement joint, including educational programs, related to granting an academic degree. Moreover, the parties will hold joint trainings to promote legal research, popularization of law, educational activity, professional development of students and lawyers.
