Solemn Graduation Ceremony at TSU

A solemn ceremony of awarding BSc and MSc degrees in applied biosciences and biotechnology as well as in biology was held at the TSU Department of Biology on July 14. The final year students have passed their exams successfully and defended their bachelor’s and master’s theses.

The solemn award ceremony was held at the conference hall of TSU Building XI. The participants were welcomed by Acting Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, Professor Alexander Tevzadze; Head of the Department of Biology, Professor Diana Dzidziguri; Program Director, Professor Diana Dzidziguri and PhD in Biology, Nino Inasaridze. The academic staff of the Department of Biology, including Professors Arnold Gegechkori, Teimuraz Lezhava, Mikheil Gedevanishvili and others, congratulated the students on their successful graduation.

The graduates were awarded certificates and memorable gifts. The award ceremony was followed by a concert organized by the students from various courses.
