“International Academic Interdisciplinary Conference on Modern Economics and Social Sciences”
Georgian Polish Education Center and the Academy of Management and Administration in Opole have the pleasure to invite you to our International Interdisciplinary Conference – “International Academic Interdisciplinary Conference on Modern Economics and Social Sciences”. The event will take place on April 9th – 10th, 2015 at the Academy of Management and Administration in Opole.
On this occasion, we welcome contributions from researchers, BA, MA and PhD students through February 28th, 2015 within the fields of social science, political science, liberal arts, law, philosophy and economics on the topics that may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Modern world meeting traditional institutions;
• Gender issues in modern world;
• Modern business ethics;
• Family Institution and Socioeconomic development;
• Gender and Socioeconomic development;
• Labor and Socioeconomic development
• Marketing and Public Relations
• Effects of globalization on transforming societies;
• Modern challenges to national economies;
The event will take place at the Academy of Management and Administration in Opole on April 9th – 10th, 2015. During the closing ceremony, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance issued by the Academy of Management and Administration in Opole. Moreover, the papers will be published in a collective volume.
Please send your abstracts written in English through February 6th, 2015, to conference@gpec.ge. They must contain the name, statute and institutional affiliation of the author/authors, the title of the paper and an abstract of 150– 250 words, along with 5 key-words. The candidates whose proposals are accepted by the Scientific Committee will be notified via e-mail before February 10th, 2015. The deadline for providing full papers is April 9th, 2015 (1500-2000 words). Note that a full paper can only be submitted if an abstract has been submitted by the abstract deadline (Please see an abstract template below).
The participation fee is 180 EUR after receiving the notification of acceptance. The fee includes: full participation to the conference activities, certificate of attendance, working materials, publication of the papers validated by the Scientific Committee, coffee breaks twice a day and final day dinner. Please send participation fees by February 23th, 2015.
A poster session is also available if you are unable to attend the conference in person. However, you are still required to send your proposal via e-mail by February 6th, 2015. Pending evaluation of the Scientific Committee, you will then submit a poster paper, which we will print in an A2 format and display at the Academy of Management and Administration in Opole during the days of the event. In addition, your final paper will also be included in the same collective volume. Nevertheless, please note that the non-attending participants are included only in the poster section of the conference program and that this will also be mentioned on their attendance certificate. The fee for participating in poster session is 120 EUR.
Assistance with arranging accommodations will be provided for conference participants in case of such desire.
