TSU Opens Special Account to Assist Flood-Affected Families
The Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University has opened a special account to assist flood-affected families and rehabilitate the TSU Hydrometeorology Laboratory damaged as a result of disaster that hit Tbilisi on June 13.
TSU professors, students, staff, other legal entities, natural persons or other interested persons can transfer money in GEL to the special account (with indicating the purpose) (unified treasury account; bank code TRESGE22; account/treasury code of a recipient 708967509; identification code of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University 204864548).
MA student from the International School of Economics at TSU, Mariam Kutelia was found dead and another MA student from the same school, Ivlita Jibuti is still missing. The houses of several TSU students have been damaged; flooding has completely destroyed Tbilisi State University’s Hydrometeorology Laboratory in the Vere Gorge.
