MD, PhD, Lecturer at the Department of Stomatology and Jaw & Facial Surgery, TSU Faculty of Medicine, she practices dentistry. In 2013 she was granted a PhD degree by the Universities of Florence and Siena.  She carried out post doctoral research in 2009-2011 at Tufts University, Boston on stem cells. She is a participant of international congresses and international conferences on continuing dental education. Fields of research include modern dental materials, their clinical use and perspectives of the development of stem cells in dentistry. Publications have appeared in: Plos One; Stem Cell Research and Therapy; In Vitro Cellular and Developmental Biology – Animal; Journal of Dentistry; Journal of Adhesive Dentistry; Clinical Oral Investigations and Journal of Clinical Pediatric Dentistry.
