On approving
the decree on procedures for partial attendance of programs at higher education
institutions recognized in accordance with the legislation of a foreign country
by the students of third level education programs of LEPL - Ivane Javakhishvili
Tbilisi State University and on establishing the terms and conditions of relevant
agreement to be signed duly
Pursuant to paragraph 1
of article 22 of the Law of Georgia on Higher Education, the first part of
article 52, the first part of article 54 and article 57 of the General
Administrative Code of Georgia, sub-paragraphs “a”, “n” and “o” of paragraph 1
and paragraph 9 of article 14 of the Bylaw of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State
University approved by the order No. 135/n on “approving the bylaw of Ivane
Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University” of the Minister of Education and Science
of Georgia, of September 11, 2013
I order:

To
approve the decree referring to partial attendance of programs at higher
education institutions recognized in accordance with the legislation of a
foreign country by the students of third level education
programs of LEPL - Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in the (annex
1).

To
approve the terms and conditions of the agreement to be signed on enrolling
the students of LEPL Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University of the third
level educational program partially at higher educational institutions recognized
in accordance with the legislation of a foreign country (annex 2).

To
oblige the chancellery of the University to deliver the present order to interested
parties;

To
oblige the department of Information Technology to publish the decree on
the University official website;
-
The
order enters into force immediately after it is publicly announced.
